27:27 'Dear Queen'


Hey Queen,
I will try and compose a beautiful letter to the woman you have been to date. 
You have had days where some incidences cut you open to the core, leaving you in unearthly pain. Yet again, you have had days you have been a free soul, dancing through life like every weight was off your shoulders.
You are a spoilt creature, but ironically you have built yourself that way. And those that love you, I know love that about you. That you are spoiled to spoil. You give much, because you have and keep building much. You dwell in generosity, even when your cup is dry. I know you want to leave the world a little bit better than you found it. And that is remarkable. You are becoming wiser and a more loving person. You aim for transformation, one that you continue to experience. It is no easy thing, and there are days you will loathe the path of service you have been called to; because greatness costs. It costs a great deal. But the more you engage, it will get easier. Maybe not in the time frame of your fragile mind, but eventually it will.
So here is my word to you,
Balance being authentic with being revised. Upgrade with wisdom. Refuse to be stagnant. Refuse to be afraid of being great. Be it. Achieve it. And if it is thrust upon you, by all means take it and learn to make room for it. Nurture it and it will reward you in both simple and grandeur ways. Greatness comes attached sometimes with looking foolish. Don’t bend to fit in, adjust to some people’s absence and stand out. Do what needs to be done, not to make people happy, but ultimately to make God proud.
Avoid belittlement. Both from others and to others. Make it your ambition to make anyone you come into contact with believe, that they too, no matter what state they may be in or how old, can achieve greatness. Because when one wins, we all do. And a great party is more fun with more people. Remember the parable of the great banquet? (Matthew 22:1-14)
Greatness lies in the little. Make the most of anything branded “little”. Little is much when God is in it. Never leave God out. If He is in, then you are held together. And there is nothing like strength from within; it moves mountains for you simply by a word and faith as little as a mustard seed. (Matthew 21:21)
So here’s to a year of resetting and living out a standard and mindset of greatness. Here’s to you growing great.

SERVING ON EAGLE'S WINGS

It’s funny, how much seems to come to life, when you sit back and observe people and things for a while. You never quite get to witness how life unfolds when you’re busy trying to make major ends meet. It’s understandable though, that’s just how the cookie crumbles these days. 27:1 'UNEARTHED'

The motive behind any kind of establishment is the determinant of its upward thrive or downright downfall. When it comes to human beings, why you choose to embark on a journey of friendship with someone is part of the foundation that can either withstand the tests of time, or like the house built on sand, be washed away by the winds and storms of life. (Matthew 7:26:-27) Friendships are and will always be tested-but what is actually under trial is usually the motive behind the friendship. There is a purpose for everything-including friendship.
